About the role
The role requires a Registered Nurse with a current Florida license.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Perform routine patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures and treatments.
- Participate in rounds and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Current Florida license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
