Registered Nurse RN- Cath Lab

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Adds to the psychosocial, physical, and overall care of patients in the surgical environment.
• Communicates with physicians regularly and as necessary regarding patient conditions.
• Aids in maintaining equipment and inventory within the Cardiovascular Lab.
• Assesses the functionality and readiness of procedure rooms or equipment.
• Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures the Cardiovascular Lab team's needs are met.
• Maintains continuous monitoring of physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintains continuous monitoring and records of patients' conditions while in the Cardiovascular Lab.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN); preferred.
• Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certificates upon hire and must maintain; required.
• One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or in a Critical Care area; required.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 to $53.58 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire.

Schedule

Part-time, 8-hour shifts: Days.

Employment Status

Part-time, less than 60 hours per week, days.
