Seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Nurse for an innovative cardiovascular program.
Responsibilities
- Assessment and Reassessment: Systematically evaluate patients' healthcare needs across various age groups and conditions, involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes: Analyze assessments to determine diagnoses and expected outcomes collaboratively.
- Care Implementation and Coordination: Deliver nursing interventions based on current evidence, regulations, and policies to meet patient goals.
- Evaluation: Use critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge to assess patient outcomes and address issues effectively.
- Discharge Planning: Assess discharge needs and utilize resources for optimal patient transition.
Qualifications
- Diploma, ADN, or BSN in Nursing
- Current RN license
- Preferred: One year of Cath Lab experience
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS
