Will work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a plan of care that is patient/family centered, with goals of care discussions and guidance with healthcare decisions to give quality of life. Our ideal candidate should possess a high level of energy and motivation, coupled with strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills. They must be capable of providing precise and effective guidance and support, even in demanding situations, in order to enhance learning opportunities and foster professional growth.
