Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager
This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience. This is also a Registered Nurse 1 or 2 vacancy open to candidates with any amount of RN work experience.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- License/Certifications: Certification or education in Case Management preferred.
- Experience: Two years of experience required. Acute care experience and knowledge of discharge planning, home care and case management required.
