Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Suite Clinical Practice Specialist, 36 hours/week, rotating shifts

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing is required, or currently enrolled in program
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration
• BLS required
• ACLS certification preferred or to be obtained within 6 months
• National certification in specialty nursing is preferred
• Nursing education and quality improvement experience preferred
• Member of relevant professional organization
• Current knowledge of evidence-based practice including but not limited to, national standards and guidelines, principles and practice of safety science, regulatory requirements and current resources.
• Participation in relevant professional development activities
• Demonstrates high degree of independence and decision-making
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills evidenced by the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively to promote teamwork among all care providers.
• Ability to coordinate and provide interdisciplinary educational programs utilizing a wide variety of modalities, including computer programs, drills and simulations.
• Excellent critical thinking skills

Qualifications

National certification in specialty nursing is preferred

Pay

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. As of the last update, the pay range is $71,491.50 USD - $157,135.50 USD.
