About the role
The Cardiovascular Stepdown unit provides Registered Nurses experience with the following patient types: cardiac cath, angioplasty, cardiac dysrhythmia, myocardial infarction, and vascular surgical patients including femoral-popliteal bypass, abdominal aortic aneurysm, carotid endarterectomy, and carotid stents. Our unit has earned a silver-level Beacon Award from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, recognizing continual learning and effective systems to achieve optimal patient care.
Schedule
- Full Time Flex - 72 hours per pay period
- Rotating shifts: 7AM - 7PM & 7PM - 7AM
- Weekends and holidays per department guidelines
Requirements
- BSN required or commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of hire date
- Two years of cardiac stepdown nursing experience required
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware

Pay
Hourly pay range: $41.28 - $66.05. The actual salary offered within this range will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications.
