Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) PRN

About the role

Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of LifePoint Health, provides nationally ranked cardiology care to Lake Havasu City. As a Cardiovascular Surgery (CVOR) Registered Nurse you will work at the leading edge of cardiac technology, supporting high‑acuity procedures such as BaroStim™ implants, PFO closures, structural heart interventions, carotid stenting, and complex vascular repairs. Your skills, compassion, and dedication will help keep patients close to home while delivering top‑tier surgical support in a community‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible and willing to pick up open shifts.
• Document patient care provided during surgery.
• Prepare the surgical suite with the necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assess and care for patients during cardiovascular procedures.

Requirements

• Current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
• Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience (or nursing experience preferred).

Schedule

Job Type: PRN. Days Schedule: 10 or 12‑hour shifts, Monday‑Friday. Minimum 2‑4 shifts per month. On‑call requirement once per week.
