About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Cath Lab, providing direct clinical patient care and supervision of staff.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care per shift and unit needs.
- Ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care while coordinating patient treatment within medical protocols.
- Supporting hospital emergency protocols and maintaining compliance with safety standards, risk management, QI, and infection control.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduated from an accredited nursing school, licensed or registered as required by law.
- CPR certification required; a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and knowledge of emergency procedures are essential.
Key Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, support high standards of safety and quality, and assist in emergency response.
- Ensure appropriate resource management and uphold hospital policies.
