Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab

Role: Provides professional nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, coordinating patient care and ensuring individualized, age-specific bedside services based on the nursing process and patient needs. Responsibilities: Acts as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment to direct healthcare team members. Systematically evaluates nursing practice effectiveness, participates in hourly rounding, observes safety protocols, and may serve as shift supervisor. Skills: Requires effective interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service, and basic computer proficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab experience, nursing degree from an accredited school, valid RN license in the state, CPR, and ACLS certifications. Preferred candidates have 5+ years of Cath Lab and IR experience, and a BSN degree. This is a staff position focused on delivering high-quality cardiac nursing care in a dynamic setting.
