Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Acute Care (Nights)

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act.
• Assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.

Licenses & Certifications

• Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License.
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification, or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire for assignments in ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU (if taking GI call), or Cath Lab.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within one year of hire for Nursery and L&D assignments.
• Post‑Anesthesia Life Support (PALS) within one year of hire for PACU.
• SCIPP certification required within 90 days of hire for Willowbrooke.
