Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Behavioral Health to provide direct clinical patient care, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a shift basis and at the unit levelCoordinating patient care within medical regimens and adhering to safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control standardsSupporting the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical competency and resource managementFulfilling hospital incident command system roles during emergencies and understanding emergency codesPerforming related duties as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing schoolCurrent licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by lawCPR certificationPreferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing Skills required: strong clinical judgment, leadership abilities, adherence to safety protocols, emergency response knowledge, and effective communication.
