Pay
Hourly rate range: $42–$58. Earn up to an additional $7/hr with shift differentials. Referral bonuses up to $3,000 per full-time employee referred.
Schedule
Full-time status: 36 weekend hours (12-hour shifts) paid as a standard 40-hour work week (Baylor shifts).

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care to patients admitted to the nursing unit
- Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care, including interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning
- Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization
- Access community resources
- Perform Charge Nurse duties if ACLS-certified
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if applicable
- Current BLS certification (AHA-approved within 90 days of employment)
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment (AHA-approved); current ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
