Woodland Park Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated unit within our skilled nursing facility, managing nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. You will play a key role in coordinating care, fostering a supportive environment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Qualifications for RN Supervisor: Registered Nurse (RN) licenseExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to make clinical decisions independently and in collaboration with the healthcare team.Compassionate, resident-centered, and committed to promoting quality care.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage sensitive resident information confidentially.
