Responsibilities
- Support clinical competence to utilize the nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments of residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care plans and ensure compliance with care plans and resident orders.
- Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure medications and treatments are being administered as ordered.
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facilities QAA/QAPI process.
- Act as a liaison between physicians or other providers, resident representatives, families, and the resident care team to ensure physician orders are accurately carried out and documented using the information from the resident's plan of care.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in MN.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
- Long-term care experience (preferred).

Pay
$40.00-$45.50 per hour, 12 hour shifts.
Schedule
- Shift: 6:30am-7pm Day
- Shift: 6:30pm-7:00am Night
- Every 3rd weekend pick 3 shifts in a week
- Full-time employee
