Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality patient care in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments, revise care plans as needed, and offer clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Ensure care aligns with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being while demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork.
