Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing oversight that supports resident wellness, safety, and quality of life within an assisted living community
• Monitor residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being, identifying and communicating changes as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support care coordination and regulatory compliance
• Participate in resident assessments, service planning, and ongoing wellness reviews
• Build trusted relationships with residents and collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive resident outcomes
• Serve as a clinical resource for team members and contribute to a resident-centered community environment

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Current and active RN license in New Jersey
• CPR certification
• 3+ years of nursing experience required, preferably in long-term care setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, or an associate's degree in nursing with additional relevant experience.

Pay

$40.33 - $50.33 per hour, based on experience + $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Nights, 10:45PM - 7:15AM, 5 days a week with every other weekend rotation
