About the role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and scope of practice
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document care, and promptly report any changes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and optimal resident outcomes
- Promote independence and well-being through restorative care practices
- Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a positive care environment
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
Requirements
- Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- A passion for providing compassionate, personalized care
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Reliability and commitment to high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
- Knowledge of restorative care practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts
