About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to understand project requirements and ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process through automation and tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and management.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of developers.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with software development in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
