About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to understand project requirements and ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process through automation and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and management.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of developers.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
