Registered Nurse RN

About the role

We are seeking a caring, dynamic, and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality clinical care, support residents in their recovery and daily wellness, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident receives personalized, dignified care. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and maintain nursing care plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses that serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with residents and members of the healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations and state/government regulations are followed.
• Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

• Associate Degree.
• Active RN license.
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community – preferred.
• Desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay

$45.00 – $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
