About the role

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident outcomes
Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately
Promote restorative care and encourage resident independence
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Follow facility policies and state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for providing personalized, resident-centered care
• Commitment to maintaining a reliable work history and high-quality care standards
