Overview

What You Will Do
- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
What You Need
- Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR Certification.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with confidentiality.
