Registered Nurse - RN

Pay

Increased Pay: $42.50 - $50.50/hour (based on experience). Additional Shift Differentials: $2/hour for evening shift and $5/hour for night shift. Option for Enhanced Pay without benefits.

Schedule

Full Time or Part Time positions available. Day, Evening, and Night shifts offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Coordinate staff assignments, provide guidance and coaching, and assist with employee training, orientation, and performance development.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct nursing care while monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, physician orders, and resident records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Promote a resident-centered environment by supporting quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adequate supplies and resources, and maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island RN license
• Leadership and supervisory abilities
