Responsibilities
- Medication assistance/administration
- Nursing services
- Training / supervising staff
- All things related to resident well-being
- Train staff and assist the Director of Nursing
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Environmental orientation
- Assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care
- Encourage self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
Requirements
You currently possess a current RN license in good standing. New grads are encouraged to apply!

$55.00 an Hour + $3.00 Shift Differential
