About the role
As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. You will train staff, assist the director of nursing, and support resident well-being by upholding dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, medication assistance/administration, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
- Administer nursing services, supervise staff, and support all aspects of resident well-being
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay
Regency Redmond offers some of the most competitive wages in Deschutes County, with shift differentials for evening ($1) and night ($2) shifts.
