About the role
Park Rose Care Center is a dynamic, fast-paced skilled nursing facility (SNF) where registered nurses (RNs) can utilize their skills to provide quality care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Medication assistance and administration
- Nursing services
- Training and supervising staff
- All aspects of resident well-being
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
Requirements
You currently possess a current RN license in good standing. New graduates are also encouraged to apply.
