Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to support school districts in middle or high school settings for 35 hours per week. The role involves providing dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care for high-acuity patients, including those with tracheostomy and ventilator needs. Nurses will build trusting relationships with children and families, practicing in a calm, focused environment with clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care to high-acuity patients.
• Utilize clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Provide one-on-one care for children with tracheostomy and ventilator needs.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• New Jersey Substitute Nursing Certification (we can assist in obtaining this).
• Recent physical and TB test.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
