Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of patients, including but not limited to: skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Administer medications and treatments, as ordered by physicians, and monitor patient response to therapy. Develop and maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff. Document patient information accurately and timely, in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes and staff satisfaction. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
