RN Charge Nurse – Job Summary
- Provide high-quality nursing care and oversee daily clinical operations
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Uphold professional nursing standards
- Play an active role in developing individualized care plans for residents
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (nursing students encouraged to apply!)
- Current Maine RN license
- Knowledge of the nursing process, especially as it relates to geriatrics, long-term care, and rehabilitation
- Commitment to teamwork, communication, and exceptional resident care
