About the role
Responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership and communication skills. Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a current unencumbered license to practice in the state where employed
- Provides care that is safe, effective, efficient, timely, patient-centered, equitable, and evidence-based
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Evaluates patient progress and modifies plan of care as needed
- Documents patient care accurately and completely
Requirements
- Licensure: Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the State
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current unencumbered license to practice in the state where employed
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Schedule
- 12 Hour Shifts
- Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
