About the role
Aspen Health & Rehab in South Range, WI is looking to hire a full-time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide total care for residents, starting with carefully monitoring their condition and needs.
- Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments.
- Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor for side effects and report any changes in the condition of residents.
- Oversee nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to make sure resident care plans are being followed.
- Complete documentation as well as admit and discharge residents.
- Report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect found when caring for residents.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements as well as uphold facility policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- RN licensure with the WI Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
- Desire to work with the elderly.

Pay & benefits
- Competitive salary of $39.00 - $44.00 per hour.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- 8- or 12-hour shifts, days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
- Must have the ability to work every other weekend.
- Currently hiring for night and evening nurses.
