About the role
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in providing exceptional patient care within a comprehensive cancer center environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, adhering to the scope of practice outlined in state regulations.
- Provide direct nursing care, delegate tasks appropriately, and lead team efforts in patient treatment and recovery.
- Participate in ongoing assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at achieving desired health outcomes.
- Support professional growth through mentorship, continuing education, and participation in clinical ladder programs.
- Enhance patient outcomes by recognizing care problems and responding effectively to emergencies.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current RN license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; may be required to complete a BSN within five years of hire.
- Excellent communication skills, clinical competency, and knowledge of healthcare reporting measures.
