About the Role
Provides comprehensive nursing care by developing diagnoses, care plans, and interventions to support patients’ physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. Communicates effectively with healthcare teams, reviews physician prescriptions, and coordinates patient care. Educates patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care. Ensures a safe, clean environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Maintains accurate documentation, manages supplies and equipment, and updates care plans based on patient progress. Upholds organizational standards and legal regulations to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nursing diagnoses and care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and communicate patient needs

- Maintain safety, infection control, and documentation standards

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state
- Visual acuity and effective communication skills
- Preferred 1-3 years clinical experience
- Commitment to patient-centered care, confidentiality, and teamwork
