About the Role
The Culpeper is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide caring and skilled support to our family of residents. Responsibilities
- Resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation
- Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and team members
- Demonstrate knowledge of geriatric care and the aging process
- Work every other weekend and some holidays
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN)
- Currently licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing
- Thorough and current knowledge of methods and practices of nursing care
- Two years of nursing experience, preferably in Senior Living, with demonstrated productivity achievement level
- Knowledge of management and leadership principles
- Understanding of geriatric care and the aging process
