Centra Behavioral Health Hospital is a brand-new 72 bed behavioral health facility opening in 2026. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need.
Responsibilities
- Assess the patient and plan care within set time-frames and document findings according to policies.
- Oversee and supervise the shift.
- Demonstrate leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc.
- Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team.
- Monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physician.
- Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
- Consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
- Deliver quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.
- Assists/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with valid RN licensure.
- One year or more of behavioral health experience highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Current RN license.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of behavioral health care practices and procedures.

Pay
Hourly range: $34.04-$45.96 per hour.
Schedule
Hourly schedule to be determined upon hire.
