About the Role
As an RN or LPN Staff Nurse, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring our residents receive the high standard of care they expect. Your responsibilities will include administering medication and care as directed by individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure their comfort and safety.
Requirements
- An unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license (minimum requirement).
- Prior RN or LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
