Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plan
• Conduct resident assessments
• Serve as a team leader and advocate for your residents
• Ensure residents are comfortable and safe, relying on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail
• Deliver services including post-hospital rehabilitation, wound care, medical rehabilitation, and tracheotomy care

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior RN experience in a Skilled Nursing facility is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
