About the role

Nora Springs Care Center is seeking nurses for various shifts including 1st shift part-time, full-time, 12-hour shifts, 2nd shift part-time, full-time, and PRN positions. The role is located in Nora Springs, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of your assigned unit.
• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Aid in instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Maintain established infection prevention practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs.

Requirements

• An unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
