Responsibilities

• Manage operations of assigned unit
• Supervise activities of all clinical staff
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
• Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture
• Maintain established infection prevention practices
• Adequate staffing for resident needs

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable
