About the role

We are currently searching for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Avantara Milbank. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan
• Conduct resident assessments
• Be a team leader
• Advocate for your residents

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse, RN license
• Prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred

Pay

• Night shift differential
• A sign-on bonus of $7,500 available for full-time RNs
