Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan
- Conduct resident assessments
- Serve as a team leader
- Advocate for residents
- Apply knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure residents are comfortable and safe
Qualifications
- Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior RN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
