Job Summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing support for an elementary school student in Bradford, Vermont. What You'll Do

• Provide individualized nursing care and support throughout the school day
• Monitor and manage the student's health needs according to their care plan
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers
• Absess and respond to changes in the student's condition
• Promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate health documentation and compliance records
• Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, parents, and healthcare providers
• Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies as needed
• Serve as a trusted health resource for the student and school community

Who We're Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Vermont
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required
• Pediatric, school nursing, home care, or community health experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school staff and families

Qualifications
