Job Summary
Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing support for an elementary school student in Bradford, Vermont. What You'll Do
- Provide individualized nursing care and support throughout the school day
- Monitor and manage the student's health needs according to their care plan
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers
- Absess and respond to changes in the student's condition
- Promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate health documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, parents, and healthcare providers
- Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies as needed
- Serve as a trusted health resource for the student and school community
Who We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Vermont
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required
- Pediatric, school nursing, home care, or community health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school staff and families

Qualifications
