What You’ll Do

• Ensure high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Provide medically prescribed services such as ventilator and tracheotomy care, g-tube feedings, medication administration, and first aid care.
• Supervise LPNs and caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and state or waiver guidelines.
• Coordinate client care with doctors and other medical providers.
• Train and develop caregivers and other front-line staff.
• Support branch operations with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Help at Home's mission and values.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Medication Administration training.
• A current Nursing License.
• Access to reliable transportation in the surrounding 2-3 counties.
