About the role
Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a full-service healthcare management organization providing development, management, and administrative services for dialysis facilities across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. With 35 years of experience, HSM is recognized for high-quality patient care, physician collaboration, and efficient operations. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our dialysis team.
Responsibilities
- Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients.
- Renders professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
- Delivers direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
- Directs and supervises other team members.
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve high standards of care tailored to the patient’s age and developmental status.
- Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by adhering to safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Physical Demands
- Frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in as needed.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
- Must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (HSM is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time).

Pay
$35–$52 hourly wage.
