Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing quality patient care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all regulations and standards. Responsibilities Include Assessing patient needs through ongoing evaluation and adjusting care plans accordinglyDelivering compassionate nursing care and servicesProviding clinical supervision to C.N.As and LPNsImplementing departmental policies, goals, and proceduresExhibiting excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitudeCollaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team Qualifications Diploma in nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)Active RN license in the applicable statePreferably one year of skilled nursing experienceCurrent CPR certification or obtained during orientation, maintaining certification throughout employment Skills and attributes: strong reasoning, judgment, and communication skills, excellent customer service, and teamwork capabilities. A shift differential and tuition reimbursement are available for full-time employees.
