About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct, high-quality clinical care and serves as a Team Leader for patient care staff.
Responsibilities
- Leading care teams to ensure proper medication administration, treatments, documentation, family education, and care planning in compliance with policies.
- Applying the nursing process to deliver continuous care from admission to discharge, and assessing residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Visiting residents daily to monitor their condition, reporting changes to appropriate medical personnel, and initiating emergency measures when needed.
- Handling administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting.
Qualifications
- Holding a current, valid state RN license
- CPR certification
