Registered Nurse, RN

About the Role

Join The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference every day in a supportive team environment. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with day and night 12-hour shifts, including a "Weekend Warrior" option (Saturday & Sunday only).

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $41.00 - USD $52.00 per hour.

• $4.00/hour Weekend Warrior shift differential.
• Mod Comp Differential (inquire for details).
• $500 attendance bonus every 90 days.
• Sign-on bonus: USD $5,000.00.
