Registered Nurse - RN

Overview

The role of a Registered Nurse (RN) at Fresenius Medical Care involves managing the daily operations of outpatient centers, focusing on delivering superior care that improves the quality of life of patients. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.

Success Profile

A successful candidate should have strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and a genuine passion for building deep relationships with patients and their families. Experience in areas such as ICU, PCU, and surgery is beneficial, but not mandatory.
