About the role

Join our team as a full-time, day shift Surgery (OR) Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering safe and coordinated patient care across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient and family needs
• Developing and prioritizing care plans
• Evaluating care delivery
• Revising plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs
• Delegating care appropriately to optimize outcomes
• Ensuring adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act

Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN licensure
• BLS certification (obtained within 14 days)
• Additional certifications required within one year
• Experience in telemetry, ICU, PCU, or chemo preferred
• A 2‑year degree is required; a 4‑year degree and recent healthcare experience are preferred

Skills
