About the Role
The Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional care team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting and guiding nursing staff to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee and manage daily nursing operations.
- Ensure all nursing staff adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional standards of care.
- Participate in facility inspections and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Address and resolve personnel issues or grievances within the nursing department.
- Support a culture of teamwork, respect, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay
Up to $40 per hour
